Antique Victorian Kerosene Oil Cut Glass Hanging Lamp Font Probably English

It is in very good condition as shown in the photos and is probably English or European. It measures 5-1/2" in diameter by 4-3/8" tall with the bottom measuring about 4-1/2 and it has a bayonet type burner collar.
