Antique Oil Lamp, German Matador Brenner Art Nouveau Oil Lamp 4200

Stunning antique Matador Brenner brass and green patterned glass oil lamp or Kreosene lamp. Ornate and regal looking piece from the late Victorian period. The lamp has a square brass decorative base with a marble effect stem with a brass piece at the top. The fuel basin is in green leaf patterned glass and the funnel is in clear glass.

The wick winder is working and the wick is intact. The makers name Matador Breener is etched on the wick winder. This is a stunning antique piece.

These lamps are becoming increasingly rare in such good condition and make a great interior design feature. Maximum Height of lantern 64 cm (25).

Height No Funnel 40 cm (15 3/4). Width of Base 11 cm (4 1/4). Approximate Weight 1.41 KG (3.10 lbs). The lamp is in good antique condition with age related marks and patina.
