Antique Milk White Glass Oil Lamp with Mythical Dolphins

Elegant Art Nouveau all-glass antique oil lamp decorated with aquatic animals. Both the body and font of this oil lamp are made from white pressed glass. The font is ribbed and the foot is decorated with three mythical fish.

To me, this lamp looks continental European and the maker's mark on the knob could be from Gaudard or Brunner. I've not had the lamp filled nor lit, but everything looks to be in working order. Stands 46cm tall with the chimney and 24cm tall without. I notice that there is an area where the glass is a bit thinner on the font (photographed) but I trust that it would have been tested before it left the glassworks.

I can make out a hairline scratch on the head of one of the fish (last photograph). Other than that the lamp appears to be in fine condition. This item is in the category "Collectables\Lamps, Lighting\Lamps".
